Etched & Carved Glass

Sandblasting

Sandblasting on glass bridges art, tradition and advanced technique — from a delicate frosted finish to deep, three-dimensional carving. The right method for soft spatial division, logos, ornament on doors and vitrines, and large text plates on the façades of public buildings.

One of the studio's flagship works is the “Order of the Blessing of the Moon” — a large glass plaque mounted on a synagogue façade, carrying the traditional monthly prayer for the renewal of the moon. The text is etched at varied depths so it stays legible all day, and gains an artistic presence from the way light plays across the glass.

We work with vector vinyl masks for production work and hand-cut masks for fine-art projects. Every piece is quality-checked before shipping.
